FnE in the UK

In the UK we have a number of saddle fitters covering most of the country who will come and visit you, discuss your saddle requirements and fit a saddle.
A saddle fit visit will normally last between one and two hours so that we can assess the needs of the rider and horse and give you an opportunity to test ride a saddle on a 30 minute hack. For this first visit we make a consultancy charge of £35 per horse with a travel charge of between £20 and £35. There is no pressure to purchase a saddle at the end of a visit. If a saddle is purchased on the first visit the travel charge is waived. When you order a saddle there is no charge for delivering and fitting the saddle. Once you purchase a saddle we aim to give you all the support we reasonably can, with one service being free of charge within 3 months after delivery of the saddle.
Subsequent fitting visits are charged at £50.00 inclusive of VAT and travel.
These charges are of course subject to review and may change in line with fuel price increases and changes in other costs.
